At present, we ship via UPS, and we are always looking for the most cost-effective shipping methods.



Free shipping offers are only available to the continental U.S.

RETURN POLICY

Plain Janes Candle Co. accepts returns for unopened merchandise within 15 days of receiving it. To request a return authorization, please send an email to info@plainjanescandle.co with Return Authorization in the subject line and the order number. Plain Janes Candle Co will not be held responsible for returns that go missing. The proof of return is valid only when tracking information is received by Plain Janes Candle Co. Plain Janes Candle Co is not able to cover the shipping costs associated with returns. In order to return an item, the customer must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, receipt). Shipping fees are not refunded. Refunds cover only the cost of the returned item.



Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you encounter a problem. Please send details regarding your order to info@plainjanescandle.co. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, photos of the item are required for a replacement or refund. Therefore, please be sure to include them in your email.



All sale items, bundles, discontinued items, gift certificates, and third party items not produced by Plain Janes are final sale and cannot be refunded. No refunds will be issued on items without a proof of purchase.
